Homemade Khoya/mawa

1 litre Whole milk


1.Boil the milk. Once boiled reduce to medium flame and stir continuously. Milk will reduce to half and start forming milk solids.
2.Scrap the milk solids preventing from burn. Finally you will achieve rabri consistant.Make sure you maintain low flame.
3. Allow it to thicken as much as you can and switch off the flame. cool it completely and refrigerate. Take required amount as you needed to prepare sweets or kulfi and store back in refrigerator.

It will take minimum 1 hour. If u stir continuously flame can be in medium. Make sure you are not burning milk solids.

 Homemade khoya/mawa ready .
