Ingredients

For fry

Cauliflower florets
1 bowl
Maida
¾ th cup
Cornflour
½ cup
Red chilli powder
½ Tsp
Salt & water

Red Food color
pinch(optional)
Oil
For deep fry

For rice

Cooked rice
2 cups
Red chilli powder
1 Tsp
Garam masala
1 Tsp
Carrot
1
Onion
1/2
Cabbage
½ cup
Salt

Oil
1 Tbsp

Hint Procedure

Mix table 1 ingredients expect cauliflower-Heat oil-Dip the florets in mixture and deep fry in oil-Chop them
Heat oil-add onions,carrots and cabbage-cooked rice-red chilli powder-garam masala-salt-toss well-serve

Detailed Method

1.Wash and clean the cauliflower florets with salt and turmeric powder.

2.Heat the oil.Mix all the ingredients mentioned in table 1 except florets. Dip the florets well in mixture and deep fry until it becomes golden brown.

3.Chop the fried cauliflower and keep aside.

4.Remove the oil from the pan.Make sure oil has been spread all over the kadai. Again add 1 Tbsp of oil.Add finely chopped onions,carrot and cabbage.Saute well.
                    

5.Add the chopped cauliflower florets and saute well along with the vegetables.

5.Add cooked rice followed by red chilli powder,garam masala and salt. Toss them well.                                                                             


Serve hot .
