Apple Tart

All purpose flour
⅔ cup
3 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp
1/2 Tbsp + 1Tbsp
Canola oil or vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
⅛ tsp

Heavy whip cream
⅓ cup
Icing sugar
2 tbsp


1.Mix All purpose flour,butter,1/2 tbsp sugar,salt and oil. Run in a food processor for 1 min. 
2.Now add water and run for another 1 min.
3. Transfer the grounded ingredients into the plate and knead for few seconds.Its forms as tart dough.
4.Wrap the dough  with the butter paper and refrigerate for 20min.
5. Take the dough out and roll as we make chapathi. Take a round shape bowl and shape the rolled dough. Now base is ready.
6.Slice the apples and place on the prepared tart base. Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar on it.
7.Cut the remaining butter into small cubes and place above the apple.
8.Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
9.Meanwhile beat heavy cream with sugar. Finally serve with cream.


If you don't have food processor grind with mixer jar.
Make sure do not over grind because we have added butter. Butter will make watery.
Also can serve with ice cream. Its a desert.
