Tomato Chutney

Green chilli-2

For seasoning:

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Oil-1 tsp


1.In a bowl add chopped onions,full tomato and green chilli. Add water and allow it to boil for 20-25 min.
2.Then allow it to cool and grind in a blender. Take a pan make soasoning and mix well with blended chutney. Tomato chutney is ready. Goes well with paniyaram/Idly/Dosa. Try this method it was too good and thanks to my friend divya who taught me this.


You can also pressure cook instead of boiling.Pressure for 2-3 whistle.
