Ingredients

Plantain/vazhakkai-2 no
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Red chilli-2 no
Salt
Oil-1 tbsp

Method

1.Remove the skin of plantain and dice into small cubes as u wish.
2.In a pan. heat oil and throw mustard seeds,red chilli,urad dal and curry leaves.After it splutters add plantain and add turmeric powder.
3.Check for salt and add needed water. Cook in medium flame by closing the lid on top.
4.Atlast add pepper powder and cook for 2 min. Ready to serve.
