Javarusi-2 cup
Jeera-1 tbsp
Green chilli-3
Curd-1/3 cup
Lemon juice-1 tbsp


1.Soak javarusi over night. Next day morning take a low bottomed vessel and add water+soaked javarusi and allow it to boil for 10-15 min.
2.Grind Green chilli and keep aside.After Javarusi gets cooked and white soggy like switch off the flame and add jeera, grounded green chilli curd,lime juice and salt. This mixture should be like dosa consistency.Allow it to cool for 10 min
3.Now take a plastic/any cover and put the prepared paste into small small dosa like vadams. It should be dried for 2-3 days max. Javarusi vadam is ready for summer.
