Brinjal-4-5 no
Drumstick- 1
Tamarind - big lemon size(soak in hot water)
Coriander powder - 3 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Coconut scraps- 3tbsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seed/Venthayam-1/2 tsp
Salt & Water
Curry leaves & Coriander leaves.


1.Grind 1 onion with 3 tbsp of coriander powder.Fry jeera and fenugreek seed dry and powder it.
2.In a pan add oil mustard,1 chopped onion,tomato,curry leaves,drumstick and brinjal.Saute for 5 min.
3.Now add grounded paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder,tamarind water and boil for 10-15 min.Meanwhile,grind coconut along with little water.
4.Finally add grinded coconut paste and jeera/fenugreek powder.Allow it to boil for 5 min.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
