Ingredients:(Serves 2)

Preparation time-5 min
Cooking time-10 min


Moong dal-1/2 cup
Red chilli-3
Onion-1/2 sliced
Tomato-1/2 sliced
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Ghee- tsp
Oil-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Garlic-2
Salt

Method:

1.Wash moong dal and pressure cook dal for 4 whistle along with one red chilli,onion and tomato.
2.In a pan add ghee and oil and add seasoning items like 2 red chilli,curry leaves,jeera and minced garlic.Now add this seasoning into cooked dal and add req salt.Serve with ghee rice/Roti/Steamed rice

Tadka is nothing but seasoning in hindi.
